Co-Founder, Managing Director and Group Executive Chef
Ben has more than 20 years experience in esteemed commercial kitchens across the UAE, and prior to that, countries that include the UK and USA. With experience spanning almost all aspects of the industry, Ben is now realizing the dream of running his very own F&B business along with his beloved wife, Meerim, and business partner Kenneth Mackinnon.
Meerim Tobitt
Group Operations & Brand Manager
Meerim is Chef Ben's wife and Group Operations & Brand Manager. With over 19 years experience in F&B and retail, Meerim began her career at Japanese restaurant Tanuki, Moscow. For the past 9 years in Dubai Meerim worked with well known companies like BInHendi , Chalhoub and Jumeirah .
Meerim is the driving force behind day-to-day operations, managing different departments like finance, HR , food safety , procurement , marketing...

Kenny Mackinnon
Business Development Director & Business Partner
Entrepreneur and food enthusiast with business ventures in the UK & UAE joined the team in Q4 2021.
With a history of business development & growth, Kenneth is focused on building Ben's Farmhouse into a household name
Christopher Kinsley
Group Head Chef
Over more than 16 years of experience in the Food industry working in fine dinning, brasserie, one & two Michelin stars restaurants, gastro pubs, butcheries and healthy café concepts
Chef Chris has a strong background in events and catering , developing menus, training, cost & quality control
Chef Chris worked with chef Ben closely over a 10 year period on a number of Dubai based projects. He joined Ben's Farmhouse in March, 2022.
His big passion has always been the love of food but a family man at heart.
