Ben Tobitt
Co-Founder, Managing Director and Group Executive Chef.
Ben has more than 20 years experience in esteemed commercial kitchens across the UAE, and prior to that, countries that include the UK and USA. With experience spanning almost all aspects of the industry, Ben is now realizing the dream of running his very own F&B business along with his beloved wife, Meerim, and business partner Kenneth Mackinnon.
Meerim Tobitt
Group Operations & Brand Manager
Meerim, Chef Ben's wife and Group Operations & Brand Manager, has 19 years of F&B and retail experience. She started her career at Tanuki, Moscow, and has spent 9 years in Dubai with companies like BinHendi, Chalhoub, and Jumeirah. Meerim oversees day-to-day operations, managing finance, HR, food safety, procurement, and marketing. She is passionate about food and food photography.
CHRISTOPHER KINSLEY
Group Head Chef
With over 16 years in the food industry, Chef Chris has experience in fine dining, Michelin-star restaurants, gastro pubs, butcheries, and healthy cafés. He specializes in events, catering, menu development, training, and quality control. Having worked with Chef Ben for 10 years on various Dubai projects, he joined Ben's Farmhouse in March 2022. His passion for food is matched by his commitment to family.
Kenny Mackinnon
Business Development Director & Business Partner
Entrepreneur and food enthusiast with business ventures in the UK & UAE joined the team in Q4 2021. With a history of business development & growth, Kenneth is focused on building Ben's Farmhouse into a household name.
