Co-Founder, Managing Director and Group Executive Chef
Ben has more than 20 years experience in esteemed commercial kitchens across the UAE, and prior to that, countries that include the UK and USA. With experience spanning almost all aspects of the industry, Ben is now realizing the dream of running his very own F&B business along with his beloved fiancé, Meerim, and business partner Kenneth Mackinnon.
Meerin Ryskulbek Kyzy
Operations Manager
Meerim is Chef Ben's fiancé and FOH Operations Manager. With over 13 years experience in F&B, Meerim began her career at Japanese restaurant Tanuki, Moscow. For the past 9 years in Dubai Meerim worked with well known companies like BInHendi , Chalhoub and Jumeirah .
Meerim is the driving force behind day-to-day operations, managing different departments like finance, HR , food safety , procurement ,marketing...

Christopher Kinsley
Group Head Chef
Over more than 16 years of experience in the Food industry working in fine dinning, brasserie, one & two Michelin stars restaurants, gastro pubs, butcheries and healthy café concepts
Chef Chris has a strong background in events and catering , developing menus, training, cost & quality control
Chef Chris worked with chef Ben closely over a 10 year period on a number of Dubai based projects. He joined Ben's Farmhouse in March, 2022.
His big passion has always been the love of food but a family man at heart.
